Abstract

Las Cofradias de Pescadores gallegas son corporaciones de derecho público, sin ánimo de lucro, dotadas de lucro, dotadas de personalidad juridica y capacidad de obrar para el cumpliemiento de los fines y el ejercicio de las funciones que le estan encomendadas. Segan se indica en la legislacion que les es aplicable, su actuacion ha de ser conforme a los principios de legalidad y transparencia contable y, su estructura y funcionamiento, democráticos.
