Abstract

Uma obra clássica, Louis Couffignal define a cibernética como aquele modo da ação que faz com que ela seja eficaz. A cada domino da atividade humana, por conseguinte, poder-se-a aplicar uma cibernética especial, com vistas a que esse campo especifico de ação adquira o valor fundamental da eficácia. No presente encontro, vamos considerar os fenômenos básicos do controle bibliográfico sob o aspecto cibernético, na expectativa de que essa analise possa revelar relações analógicas entre a cibernética e sua aplicação as ciências contábeis e atuarias.
